Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Bigside Technologies, a sole proprietorship registered in India ("we", "us"), which runs Khelo Sikho (khelosikho.com).
1. Who can use it
Khelo Sikho is made for children, used with a parent or guardian. Only an adult (18 or older) may sign in, create a child's profile and give consent. By signing in, you confirm you are that adult and you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Price
Khelo Sikho is currently free. Some features may become paid in future. We will tell you before any charge applies, and we never charge without your clear agreement.
3. What you may do
Play the stories and print the practice sheets for your own family's use.
4. What you may not do
- Copy, resell, re-upload or publicly share the stories, artwork, audio or practice sheets.
- Use Khelo Sikho, or anything in it, to build a competing product.
- Use bots or scripts, try to get around fair-use limits, or try to reach another family's data.
5. What is ours
The stories, characters, artwork, audio, practice sheets and the Khelo Sikho name belong to Bigside Technologies.
6. Speaking to characters
The microphone is used only while a character is listening. Speech has fair-use limits so the service stays fair for everyone. Speech recognition can make mistakes; a story always lets your child carry on.
7. Changes and availability
We may improve, change or pause parts of Khelo Sikho, and we may update these terms. If a change matters to you, we will tell you before it applies. We work to keep Khelo Sikho running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors.
8. Ending
You can stop using Khelo Sikho at any time and ask us to delete your data (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend an account that misuses the service.
9. Liability
Khelo Sikho is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Indian consumer law.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute goes to the courts of New Delhi.
